Driver's Family Recieves $5 Million Dollar Settlement

In December 2009 an Illinois driver was traveling northbound on Route 23. The Driver came to the intersection of Route 23 and Route 17. He proceeded through the intersection. At the same time a semi-trailer owned by OSF St. Francis Health Care Systems approached the intersection.
