Joliet Man Receives Over $2 Million for Police Induced Traumatic Brian Injury
A Joliet Man was riding his bike westbound across Chicago St at Patterson Rd. There he was struck by a Joliet Police Department Squad car driven by a Joliet Police.
According to the Police Department, the officer was responding to a pursuit that had just ended.
After the accident the 57 yr old victim was treated at two separate hospitals for multiple head injuries including multiple fractures and a traumatic brain injury.
